what is a good DIY project for the summer (0-50$) dollars?

Jesse Pirieda: paint a landscape painting on the cement path or backyard.

Chanda Wittwer: screenprinting. you can use organic cotton shirts and eco friendly paints. then you have something unique, handmade, ecofriendly, and useful.

Amina Motzer: Go to goodwill/savers/salvation army etc, buy a picture, add to the picture to improve it (we have this huge picture of some random family where we cut and pasted everyone that visits our house) Go to 'free' section in craigslist and pick up objects for free. Either repair them as a project or use raw materials. Spray chalk pretty much anything to make a writable surface (a wall, bottles, a mirror, etc)

Tosha Tawney: make your own stepping stones for your garden/yard. Build a square frame out of scrap wood using two by fours and set it on a sturdy plywood scrap. get old plates from yard sales (cheap) and break them, scatter the pieces in the frame and mix up your concrete and pour. it will take about 1/3 of th! e concrete for each stepping stone. you can also make them with kitty litter boxes, and large round plastic containers.

Lupe Sancen: well google :)it really depends on what you like to make
