Which ethnic cuisines would your taste buds consider to be the most healthiest, favorable, and simple?

Amina Motzer: I would put Chinese ahead of Japanese. but Only Just... MSG... is added to Restaurant/ store food. The Chinese locals don't use it. And to re-answer the Italian additional point. Mikel Bethay: Personally, I love Indian, Ethiopian, Greek, and Middle Eastern food. They're also superbly healthy. Filled with spice, flavor, and interestingly exotic flavors.Although many Greek foods are complex, to me. Indian food is simple, provided you have the right spices, as is Ethiopian. Luis Mellon: Why are you asking me what I am talking about? I'm the person asking questions. Italian cuisine isn't even all healthy. They have a lot of grease, fat, and they usually eat chicken, but never seafood. Chinese and Japanese cuisines are completely different. Japanese cuisines doesn't use all of the Chinese ingredients, and the Japanese eat seafood. Japan recently began to eat other meats and cuisines, but before their diet consisted of seafood, and healthy cuisines. In my opinion, Japanese is the healthiest, because I rarely taste other cuisines with a large amount of seafood, other than Korean cuisines....Show more
