Coralie Goldsberry: Merlots, Malbecs, Pinot Noirs, Cabernet, Chianti, my advice is to get imported wines, the quality malbecs come from Argentina a company known as Norton's, the grapes were dropped at Argentina from Italy. Satisfactory! Go with a French Merlot and Pinot Noir, Cabernet now not too fussy and Chianti from Italy. There's are many best Spanish wine that give off a just right bouquet and depart no after style. I love Woodsy, nutty flavors verses fruity flowery tastes. Sometime that you can get a superb combo of each. Chateau Du Pape is undoubtedly the excellent pink wine I hve experienced but that is on the pricy facet. Revel in! I share a toast with you. Arnulfo Seegars: complex task. look into a search engine. this could actually help!
Sammy Hatzenbihler: Mojitos. And this is why: they are complicated to prepare and require ingredients that an average Joe doesn't have in his house. Why would you order something you can make at h! ome yourself? A good mojito is hard to make, so when you are in a good bar, ask for Mojitos.Still feeling like you want to make one at home? Here is the recipe:3/4 portions White and 1/4 of dark rumSugar cane juice (canned is OK)MintLots of limes (4 per glass)Lime flavored sparkling waterSprig the mint and muddle it with some brown sugar (for texture) and add lime juice slowly. When the mint is really some crushed (DO NOT BLEND IT!), add all the lime juice, and some sugar cane juice. Fill a glass with ice, and strain the mix. Add the mix of rums, and more sugar cane juice and/or sparkling water to taste.Delicious!!!...Show more
George Dingeldein: Keep in mind when pipe smoking, you don't inhale. It is more about savoring the favor of tobacco, and not getting nicotine. It's a big mistake to inhale. The smoke is harsh and hurts your throat. Corncob pipes are also nice.
Leontine Kreitz: I'm about to start smoking a pipe and I would like to explore my options. What ! is the advantage of buying a more expensive pipe? and what are! the best materials for them to be made of?
Shena Etulain: Just fyi, you may not want to try "fruity things" until you find out what has OJ in it. Lot's of fruity stuff has OJ in it, including the schnapps! I have allergies myself, and you can find numbers on the web, or on the bottles.Happy Birthday! And I hope you can find a great drink!...Show more
Nancy Mansell: Daquiris.
Dick Ovdenk: Zima or any flavored beers
Eleni Mccier: I like vodka and tonic and also grapefruit and vodka. If you go with tonic make sure it is freshly opened.
Adam Momaya: Wine brand availability is different in different places. Look for varietals (wine grape), it's better and easier than sticking to one brand. Check the bottle of your favorite wine for it's varietal and match that with the wines in the shop. I'd suggest Cabernet Sauvignons and Shiraz (or Cabernet Shiraz) if you want strong grape taste. I'd go for the merlots for that dry after taste.
Jene Kostyl! a: If you mean tobacco pipe then don't be fooled by price some of the best smokers are either cheap ones or lot's of estate (used) piped bought in bulk off ebay,Good materials for a beginner are either a corncob pipe or a cheap brier one.Of course if instead you mean smoking weed in a pipe then I haven't got a clue and neither do I care to help you....Show more
Mauro Cowee: whatever you're having
Bob Nakamoto: amaretto sour if ur in the mood for something sweet otherwise I stick to vodka water barlime
Damaris Weiler: If you have the guts to order a 'Pink Lady', be ready to run!
Hugo Pittari: Anything with a little paper umbrella in it isn't manly. White wine spritzer-ditto. Pink Lady-girly-as-hell. Whiskey sour, or anything with cherries in it-sissy drink. Non-alcoholic 'drinks', for sure. In most instances, White Zinfandel is for girly-boys. Trendy drinks, like the Mojito or Long Island Iced Tea-are meant to make girls a little tipsy-not a guy drink! , really.Conversely, just about any drink ordered 'straight up' or 'nea! t' is prolly macho. The fewer non-alcoholic ingredients, the manlier the concoction. Sometimes, its hard to step up, but not ordering 'sissy drinks' is the mark of a true gentleman. The kind who'll prolly get laid later instead of puking up bright pink bits of fruit all over his shoes. So, it's important! Good question,man!...Show more
Ileen Oshell: Sex on the beach!!it has tropical fruit juice in, like peach and mango.Mixed with vodka.it's lovely!!.you can normally buy jugs of it too so you can share it with your friends....Show more
Ronald Moehr: It would seem that a "manly" drink would be something like a gin and tonic, 7&7, JD... straight up, anything with whiskey, bourbon or scotch. Beer is considered manly, until you start going "light" or ask for a beer "cooler". Then you'll probably have your butt kicked big time. lolPersonally, I don't care what a man orders. As long as he drinks what he orders, he's okay in my book. And he'd better buy me a drink of som! e sort too... or I'll just have to kick his butt. lolkidding...Show more
Kimberlee Bowdish: Shirley Temple with an umbrella?
Azalee Ahrendes: Anything other than beer or hard liquor
Porfirio Cahall: BIG difference. But wait until you are sure you like pipe smoking before you invest in a meerschaum. Go with a brier at first.
Bryan Avinger: It will be for tobacco, not weed.
Alden Sabio: I am allergic to orange juice but I like fruity drinks (and some others, I just haven't had a lot). I just turned 21 and will be going out some now but want to know what to order. I don't really want to order a stereotypical drink, I want one that makes me sound like I know a little about alcohol. So what is a classic drink that I could order in any bar, and what does it have in it?
Sammie Bocanegra: Get anything South African
Alphonso Brake: I used to love white wine and hate red wine but I'm beginning to really like red wine and that dry taste. I ! have a sweet red wine by barefoot which is good but not dry enough for ! me lol. I love this wine called Tikao Patriota Bonardo Blend which is an Argentinian wine but very difficult to find. So, reccommend any red wines I can easily find at Giant Eagle, Wal-mart, Kroger, etc? Try to describe the taste to me as best you can :) and give the brand name....Show more
Willie Tun: DaquiriFuzzy NavelsPina ColadaHurricanes, I suppose, but they sure do kick your ***.
Brice Greczkowski: I never go out with a man that drinks anything under 80 proof.
Shelley Stevens: Pink Lady
Tillie Wynott: margarita, sex on the beach
Ha Wolski: Why not try Dubonnet with a twist or Cinzano.
Kaylee Schmittou: Bourbon at the rocks. Jack Daniels or Makers Mark, otherwise you might even cross The Wild Turkey direction. If you adore it just a little sweeter, you'll constantly upload coke to the bourbon, however simply use the good bourbon. No purpose to pay for larger booze in case your simply going to combine it. Or, if the directly bourbon i! s just too robust, make it bourbon and water. But believe me, at the rocks, the ice will soften rapidly sufficient and it'll be excellent. While that is an received style, you'll be able to most often uncover that you're going to experience it as you already drink rum. Oh, an extra factor, you'll constantly begin with a few bourbon cokes, then transfer to rocks. after the primary one or 2, you will not fairly discover the change. Ummm, gotta love that bourbon :-)...Show more
Elmo Tervo: Who cares? Drink what tastes good to you and stick up for yourself if anyone gives you a hard time about it!
Ilana Gaster: If I want to try something new, I'll tell the bartender something like:"I'm getting tired of beer...think I'll try a 'Vodka-Grapefruit'?" or,"A friend drinks nothing but 'Black Russians' (Vodka & a coffee-flavored liqueur)? Are they any good?"There's nothing wrong with asking for opinions - the more helpful they are, they know the bigger the tip will be - an! d should be.Others basics:Bourbon & 7 (Bourbon & Seven-Up - my favorite! .)Rum & Coke (during an afternoon at the beach, or poolside)Scotch & SodaThese are all common, good, and won't make you look like a nerd. Listen to what others are ordering, try them next time - or until you find something you like. Keep it simple. There was an article that rated people by what they drank. The only ones I remembered were:Gin & Tonic = Geek.Vodka-Grapefruit = Hangs out at the gym all day.Vodka-Cranberry = Inclined toward sports and a healthy lifestyle....Show more
Coleman Ocegueda: Grasshopper (green creme de menthe + white creme de cacao + milk cream). I've ordered grasshoppers, cosmopolitans, and other "girly" drinks in rural biker bars and trucker bars, and I've gotten a few chuckles, but nobody gives a damn what another man orders if that's what he really likes. Alcohol is alcohol, and if you look like a hard drinker, they'll leave you alone. I usually order several beers and whiskeys as well anyway.
Whitley Leopold: argentina makes good red w! ine or chille/ australia and new zealandi just go to the store and ask the clerk to show you a couple good red wines
Basil Blasingame: apple martinis, amaretto sour.
