Shaunta Paap: There are many, many laws in place for that purpose. The government has killed entire companies for dubious "misdeeds." Take a look at the death of Arthur Anderson, for example. What exactly did it do wrong? And how many people does that company employ today?

Morris Olexy: We consumers should hold them responsible. No sales and they are gone.In the private sector, we all vote with our purchasing dollars.

Look at Exxon and BP when they had huge oil spills, they cleaned up the mess and compensated those that lost income.What you can't do is punish companies for doing what the Federal Government wanted them to do such as loan money to those who couldn't afford it....Show more
