Jesse Pirieda: 1. http://art-scholarship.org/2. http://www.callsforart.com/?gclid=CNKv4dy5-aoCFUJj...3. http://www.showartists.com/These are only a tiny couple that are online. Check "calls for artists" carefully, have an adult or instructor help you out. There may be fees too. You want to take really good photos of your artwork and adjust the size to what the "call" requests. You must follow their directions to the "nth" degree or they will not accept your entry. They will have you fill out an entry form, ask for resume (maybe), biography of you, artists' statement - about what/how you create, etc. Look some up and just see what's out there, then carefully choose. Hope you succeed!...Show more
Eleni Mccier: Fixatives and different artwork store products work exceptional but they are able to rate loads. If you need something so one can defend it simply as well then just use common hairspray. Spray your drawing from a distance and enable it to choose it. It! doesn't result the colors so much aside from many times making them more severe (even though that simplest rather happens in the event you spray to close) For pastel help, I to find it best to both follow color in areas and simply mixture between them - if you wish to have a flat looking work. I additionally build up from darkish to light, including highlights on the top layer if i would like more practical/extreme works. It will at all times look more realistic should you use little or no black since black can flatten your work. Hope this helps, excellent luck together with your competition....Show more
